Moved to Texas in 1999 from Kosova. From a family with strong roots in the arts, Visar was inspired to work in graphic design by a close family member who had worked in the industry for decades. After freelancing for a several local businesses, in 2005 he found a home at Ranch Road, as designer for the emerging company. With a wide range of talents Visar excels in logo design, brochures, and websites. He enjoys Austin for the gorgeous weather, outdoor activities and exciting nightlife.

Born, raised and recently imported from Guatemala. Graduated with a Bachelor of Graphic Design from the Universidad Rafael Landívar in Guatemala City, Guatemala. Immediately after graduation she began working inhouse at a multi industrial corporation. She brings knowledge of running local and international accounts from her experience at the transnational advertising agencies Leo Burnett and Fischer America.

At the end of 2005, she decided to turn a new leaf and left her native country for Austin, Texas. In February of 2006, with her professional and personal growth in mind, she joined the dynamic Ranch Road team. Her work now reflects elements from different genres of art-graphic styles . She looks forward to enriching knowledge of design software abilities and broadening her scope to include print and digital imagery.

She has found the warmth of a family and the joy of working in a friendly environment at Ranch Road.

Carolina enjoys spending her free time outdoors and visiting the many coffee shops in the capital city with her international group of friends. It’s very likely one might also spot her at the dog park on the weekends.

Originally from Ann Arbor Michigan, Sean graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design in 2006. While attending E.M.U. Sean played for their collegiate club lacrosse program. During which he was a team captain and treasurer for one season. Before graduating and venturing down to Austin, Sean was fortunate enough to be part of a 4 month long General Motors design internship. During which he worked directly with other interns such as: vehicle designers, engineers and sculptors to create identity branding for 9 concept vehicles. After moving down to Austin in August of 2007, Sean joined the Ranch Road team initially as an intern. After thriving through Ranch Road’s internship Sean was given the opportunity to be a full time employee, where he happily grows as an up & coming graphic designer. Besides enjoying painting, digital Art and typography, Sean has a strong appreciation for 3 o’clock espressos, exercise, and any & all genres of music, except country (Sorry, I’m not from Texas).

Sylvia joined Ranch Road Design & Printing in 2007, with an extensive background in accounting and experience in sales and marketing. In addition to her accounting duties at Ranch Road, Sylvia also handles all human resource functions and maintaining client relations. Sylvia was born and raised in College Station and currently attends school in Austin, working towards a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Sylvia loves reading and enjoys attending many of the live music festivals around Austin.

Starting with Ranch Road in Fall 07 Joel serves the role of production manager and technical guru. With an extensive background in Mac support and printing, he also holds multiple design awards from Thomson Newspapers, Texas Newspaper Advertising Manager’s Association and Newspaper Association of America. With a house that adds to South Austin’s ecclectic flair, Joel’s hobbies include home rennovation and video editing.

Jessica O'Meara was born and raised in Austin, Texas. In 2008, she graduated from TCU with a major in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Political Science. While at TCU, Jessica was an active member of Pi Beta Phi and PRSSA. While growing as a PR expert, Jessica lived briefly in New York City, learning about the business and how to effectively get a brand into an audience. Now back in Austin, she enjoys supporting local businesses and activities around the Austin area. With a background in public relations and politics, Jessica enjoys utilizing her skills to make Ranch Road a premiere company to work with. When not working hard at Ranch Road, Jessica enjoys being at the beach or on the lake, football season and attending UT Longhorn games (away or home), cooking new recipes, and traveling as much as possible.

A native of Fort Worth, Texas, Teal has lived and worked in Austin since 1998. Teal began her sales career upon graduation from The University of Mississippi ("Ole Miss") and has been providing world-class service to her clients ever since. Prior to representing Ranch Road, Teal held sales and service positions with multi-national building products supplier Oldcastle, Inc. Most recently, she assisted small and medium businesses with direct mail marketing campaigns through Valpak of Austin. Teal is a dedicated and loyal advocate of the clients she represents. She is excited and proud to be part of the Ranch Road family where quality and service are the cornerstones of the company values. When she is not promoting the Ranch Road vision, Teal enjoys family time with her husband and two sons on the family boat in the cool waters of one of Austin's lakes.
